2. Hosting
This website is operated on the Shopify platform (Shopify International Ltd., Dublin, Ireland; Shopify Inc., Ottawa, Canada). Shopify processes personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Transfers to third countries are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Server log files
When you access this site, the following data is processed automatically: IP address, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, and referring URL. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of this website.

4. Newsletter
If you sign up for our mailing list, we process the email address you provide in order to send you information about our products and launch.

We use the double opt-in procedure: after signing up, you will receive a confirmation email. Your address is only added to our list once you click the link it contains. We store the date and time of your sign-up and confirmation as evidence of consent.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, via the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing us. Your address will then be deleted.
